These terms explain the rules for using My 3rd Space. Last updated September 6, 2026.

Using the app

My 3rd Space helps people organize friends, plan hangouts, and communicate around events. You are responsible for your account, your invitations, and the content you share.

Community expectations

My 3rd Space has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, spam, violate privacy, promote hatred or violence, or share unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.

Reporting and blocking

Use the in-app Report and Block controls when you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior. Blocking immediately removes that user's content from your experience. You may also contact support@my-3rd.space.

Enforcement

We review reports promptly and act on objectionable-content reports within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms may be removed, and the account responsible for serious or repeated violations may be suspended or terminated. We may preserve limited report and enforcement records when needed for safety, legal compliance, and preventing repeated abuse.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to the app. You give us permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide My 3rd Space.

Agreement

You must affirmatively accept these terms and the Community Agreement before registering or signing in. By accepting, you agree to follow these rules and understand that violations may result in content removal or loss of access to the service.

Availability

We work to keep the app reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time. We may add, remove, or change features as the product evolves.

Google Maps

Location search and map previews may use Google Maps Platform. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.

No emergency use

My 3rd Space is for social planning. Do not rely on it for emergencies, urgent safety communication, or time-critical instructions.

Disclaimers

The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
